Starting from Sunshine Meadows in Banff National Park, ascend Standish Viewpoint to see Rock Isle Lake (center left), Mt. Assiniboine (most distant blue pyramid in center), and Grizzly lake in Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada. To reach the trailhead, drive or shuttle 8 kilometers west of the town of Banff, ride the gondola to Sunshine Village, and hike 5.2 kilometers round trip to Standish Viewpoint.
