The "La Pampa" tug boat plies Beagle Channel at the Port of Ushuaia, capital city of Tierra del Fuego Province, in Argentina, South America. As the port closest to Antarctica (which is located 400 miles across the Drake Passage), Ushuaia hosts most of the cruise ships that visit the southernmost continent. Argentina claims Ushuaia is the "southernmost city in the world" (although the smaller Chilean town of Puerto Williams lies further south).
