Shinmachi Tsunami Memorial, Wailoa River State Recreation Area, Big Island, Hawaii, USA.

In Wailoa River State Recreation Area, the Shinmachi Tsunami Memorial remembers locals who died in tsunamis that hit the Big Island. The memorial was designed by Tadashi Sato who titled it "Submerged Rocks and Water Reflections." It's at the end of Piopio Street in Hilo, on the Big Island, Hawaii, USA.
