Fort Casey State Park, Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve, Whidbey Island, Washington, USA.

Fort Casey was one of three forts (including Fort Worden and Fort Flagler) built in the late 1890s to guard Admiralty Inlet with a "Triangle of Fire", protecting Puget Sound ports. The United States used the fort heavily for World War I training, but never in actual combat. All armaments were scrapped for other purposes by 1945.
