A Red River hog, Yokohama Zoo Zoorasia — one of Japan’s newest (1999), largest, and best kept zoos — Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Honshu island, Japan. The red river hog (Potamochoerus porcus) or bushpig is a wild member of the pig family living in Africa, with most of its distribution in the Guinean and Congolian forests. With a population of over three million, Yokohama is Japan's second largest city and capital of Kanagawa Prefecture, on Honshu island. Yokohama is 30 minutes south of Tokyo by train.
